VATHILION RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your VATHILION purchase.
Returns and cancellations
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at vathilion.store@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Items should be returned unworn, unused and, where possible, in their original condition. You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if the item’s value has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Refunds
Where you validly cancel your order, we will refund the price paid for the goods and, where required by law, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery charge.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, and within the time required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact vathilion.store@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the issue quickly.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Personalised products
Products made to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised may not carry the standard cancellation right where the applicable legal exception applies. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
